ALABAMA
If YOU cancel this AGREEMENT within twenty (20) days of the date it was mailed or ten (10) days of delivery and no claim has been made, the AGREEMENT is void and a full refund of the purchase price will be made. After twenty (20) days, YOUR refund will be pro-rata, less claims paid, less an administrative fee of $25.00. A ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be added to a refund not paid or credited within sixty (60) days after return of the AGREEMENT to the ADMINISTRATOR.
Alaska
If YOU cancel this AGREEMENT, WE will refund an amount of the AGREEMENT price according to the pro-rata method reflecting the greater of the days in force of the miles driven based on the term of the plan selected and the date Coverage begins, less an administrative fee of seven and one half percent (7.5%) of the pro-rata refund amount, not to exceed $50.00.

Hawaii

The ADMINISTRATOR may retain a cancellation fee up to ten percent (10%) of the AGREEMENT price, not to exceed $50.00.

If this AGREEMENT is cancelled within the first sixty (60) days, WE will refund the entire AGREEMENT price paid. If this AGREEMENT is cancelled after the sixty (60) days, WE will make a pro-rata refund based on time or mileage, whichever refund is less, less a $50.00 administrative fee.
Missouri
If this AGREEMENT is cancelled by YOU within the first fifteen (15) days, and no claim has been made, the AGREEMENT is void and the full purchase price will be refunded. If this AGREEMENT is canceled after the first fifteen (15) days, WE will make a pro-rata refund based on time or mileage, whichever refund is less, less an administrative fee of $50.00.
New Mexico
Cancellation by the ADMINISTRATOR will not be effective until fifteen (15) days after notice has been sent to YOU; If YOUR AGREEMENT has been in effect for at least seventy (70) days, the ADMINISTRATOR may NOT cancel this AGREEMENT before the expiration of the agreed TERM or 1 year after the effective date of the AGREEMENT, whichever occurs first, except upon occurrence of one of the following: a) YOU fail to pay an amount when due; b) YOUR conviction of a crime which results in ….
New York
A ten percent (10%) penalty per month will be added to a refund not paid or credited within thirty (30) days after return of the AGREEMENT to the ADMINISTRATOR.
North Carolina
If this AGREEMENT is cancelled by YOU, WE will refund an amount of the AGREEMENT price according to the pro-rata method reflecting the greater of the days in force or the miles driven based on the term of the plan selected and the date coverage begins, less any claims paid, less an administrative fee of $25.00 or ten percent (10%) of the pro-rata refund amount, whichever is less.
Oklahoma
You may cancel this AGREEMENT at any time after purchase and a prorata refund will be calculated less the applicable cancellation fee in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) or ten percent (10%) of the pro-rata refund, whichever is less. A ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be added to a refund not paid or credited within sixty (60) days after return of the AGREEMENT to the ADMINISTRATOR.
South Carolina
A ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be added to a refund not paid or credited within forty five (45) days after return of the AGREEMENT to the ADMINISTRATOR.
Texas
A ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be added to a refund not paid or credited within Forty five (45) days after return of the AGREEMENT to the ADMINISTRATOR.
Utah
Cancellation by US for YOUR non-payment will be effective ten (10) days after delivery of OUR written notice to YOU, and thirty (30) days after written notice for all other reasons for cancellation by US. OUR reason for cancellation of YOUR AGREEMENT shall be included in the cancellation notice.

Wisconsin
Section II.F CANCELLATION PROVISIONS, amended with: If this AGREEMENT is cancelled within the first fifteen days, YOU are entitled to a full refund provided no claim has been paid or authorized. The AGREEMENT will be void and WE will refund to YOU the full amount of the AGREEMENT price. This right to void the AGREEMENT is not transferable and applies only to the original AGREEMENT purchaser. After the first thirty (30) days, or if a claim has been authorized or paid, a cancellation refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and YOU will receive the lesser of the unused portion of the days or mileage that the AGREEMENT has been in effect, less the administrative processing fee of fifty dollars ($50.00). Claims paid will not be deducted from the cancellation refund.
Wyoming
YOU are entitled to cancel this AGREEMENT within thirty (30) days of the date of the AGREEMENT and receive a full refund. A ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be added to a refund that is not paid or credited within Forty five (45) days after the return of the AGREEMENT to the ADMINISTRATOR.
